DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

PART-TIME INSTRUCTORS
We our looking to hire On-Call FA/CPR/AED instructors to join our chapter team in Snohomish County , with focus in Everett, Lynnwood and Edmonds . This is a part-time position with a variable work schedule of up to 29 hours per week. We are looking for candidates to cover 6am-3pm or 9am-5pm shifts. Occasional evening and weekend assignments may occur, including midnight classes. Compensation is $11.50 per hour.
Our ideal candidate will be flexible, have strong interpersonal skills and an excellent independent work ethic.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Instructs programs in a professional manner according to American Red Cross policies and procedures
- Promotes Red Cross courses, products and services
- Maintains all equipment
- Serves as a mentor to new volunteer and paid instructors
- Processes appropriate paperwork as required with ability to transmit rosters and timesheets electronically
- Completes on-line curriculum updates and training as required
- Transports equipment, materials, and supplies to and from work sites
- Submits a monthly calendar with at least 3 days of availability per week
REQUIREMENTS
- Current authorization or willingness to obtain authorization, as a FA/CPR/AED Instructor and/or HIV/AIDS Instructor
- Training experience with diverse groups in varied settings such as trade, corporate, cultural, union, etc
- Ability to work a variety of shifts (24/7)
- Ability to pass background check
- Valid Washington State Driver’s license with a good driving record and own vehicle
